We designed and built this beautiful, contemporary handleless kitchen for Mr and Mrs Holland from Glennifer Braes in Paisley. This kitchen is a true handleless design. It has anthracite gloss-finish doors, and worktops that extend across the window cills. In this project, we designed the bespoke feature breakfast bar with additional wine storage on the end. The design uses a beautiful stone worktop with a subtle sparkle texture throughout.
Mrs Holland said: “My husband found Caddisfly Kitchens on Facebook. We got in contact and then afterwards found out that a friend had already used them. We were building an extension to the house, and had the whole structure mapped out by an architect.
We approached Caddisfly Kitchens with our drawings, and we chose units we liked in the showroom. We sat down with Caddisfly’s designer, and went through the finer details. He showed us computer mock-up drawings of what the kitchens would look like, which was very lifelike. This process helped to refine the plans. Initially I’d wanted the fridge-freezer between the two windows, but when we saw it on the CAD drawings it shut the whole room down. So we put it in the corner, which looks much better.”

”We went in with a good idea of what we wanted and then we just adjusted based on the Caddisfly designer’s feedback. We’re delighted with it - we love it. Anybody that’s been in and seen the kitchen, it’s had a real wow factor - it’s a very impactful design. We loved working with Caddisfly throughout the design process, and had no issues at all - nothing I can think of that would improve the process at all. We went out to visit the Caddisfly design studio maybe three or four times as well as going back and forth via email, as it was quite a complicated design - they were patient and available throughout.
