We’re absolutely delighted with our new kitchen from Caddisfly. The bespoke design is exactly what we wanted, with every detail thoughtfully considered and a beautiful, high-end finish throughout. The installers were friendly, approachable and professional from start to finish, making the whole process feel easy and enjoyable. We couldn’t be happier with the result and would highly recommend them.

Having moved into a new home in January, I had a full home renovation ahead of me, so the search for a kitchen company began.  Then, by chance,  Caddisfly popped up on my Instagram feed.  I got in touch and arranged a home survey, along with two other companies.

After the initial visit, I went to the showroom to look at the design and materials. The quotes I received were all similar, but there was just something about Caddisfly that stood out. They were professional, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what you do, but they also didn’t take yourselves too seriously, which I really liked. It made the whole experience feel much more personal and enjoyable. So, I took the plunge and decided they were the company for me.

Fast forward a few months and the kitchen is now installed.

How do I rate Caddisfly and would I recommend them?

Quite simply, it was fantastic from start to finish. The level of service, care, and attention to detail throughout was exceptional, and the finished kitchen has completely transformed the space. From the first consultation through to the installation, everyone was professional, knowledgeable and helpful, all carried out with a little humour and a laugh along the way. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and the result has exceeded my expectations.

During any renovation, things do not always go as planned. Whilst many companies can provide a good service when everything runs smoothly, I believe the true measure of any organisation is how it responds when challenges arise and things do not go entirely to plan. It is during those moments that a company’s values, commitment to its customers, and professionalism are really put to the test.

I had a couple of issues along the way, as you do, and I want to be clear that none of them were made by the Caddisfly team.  However, when I raised my concerns, I was genuinely surprised and impressed by how it was handled. They listened, took ownership, and dealt with everything quickly, professionally and with a level of care that is quite rare these days. They went above and beyond to get things sorted, and that certainly didn't go unnoticed. I really appreciated it.

I would gladly return for any future kitchen projects and would wholeheartedly recommend Caddisfly to family, friends, and anyone looking for a quality kitchen delivered with outstanding customer service.

Finally, I would like to convey my thanks to everyone I have met and dealt with during this process and also to everyone I didn’t meet who made a contribution……all the guys in the workshop who actually make, build and paint all the units, to whoever is responsible for your social media posts.  Without that, I would not know about them. So, Thank You. I absolutely love my kitchen, there is nothing I would change about it. It’s bloomin gorgeous.????????????????????????

I wish you every success for the future. You thoroughly deserve it, and I hope the business continues to go from strength to strength.

The Caddisfly kitchens and the overall services provided from design to handove are second to none and I would have no hesitation at all to recommend them to others. They were on time, on budget and the build quality is excellent and far superior to anything else in the market. Any issues that did arrive were dealt with timely with a primary focus on client satisfaction.

Having waited 13 years to renovate the 90s kitchen in our 80s bungalow, we had researched every possible option from diy to fully bespoke. We had a clear idea of the layout and style we wanted but struggled for a while to find a company that could make what we wanted at a price we were happy with. Then by the power of instagram, we found Caddisfly who produced the beautiful, locally made kitchen we dreamed of, at a price point that felt reasonable, in the exact colours and style we wanted. They coordinated the project start to finish, including removing a wall, lighting, full re plastering, plumbing and flooring. Grant’s fitting team were superb; polite, professional, tidy and very good craftsmen. We’re very happy with the result. Many thanks to Campbell, Ian, Scott , Grant and the others behind the scenes who made the ideas a reality.

I had a fantastic experience with Caddisfly Kitchens. From the initial consultation to the final installation, everything was handled professionally and with great attention to detail. The bespoke design process allowed me to create a kitchen that perfectly suited my needs, and the 3D and VR visualizations were incredibly helpful in bringing the vision to life.

The installation team did an excellent job, and the quality of workmanship was clear throughout. There was a tiny scratch on one of the doors when it was first installed, but they came back and replaced it immediately—no hassle at all, which really showed their commitment to customer satisfaction.

The whole process was smooth, flexible, and stress-free. I’d highly recommend Caddisfly Kitchens to anyone looking for a high-quality, custom kitchen.
